Working with the "Excursions" application gives a user the following possibilities: 1) Create a description of the service with a choice of excursion category (supermarine, subaquatic, by transport, etc.)
2) Make a description of services in different languages;
3) Add the information on the excursion´s language guide assistance (what language the guide speaks during the excursion);
4) Add photos;
5) Specify the prices for adult and children tickets;
6) Set up the prices for certain dates taking into account discounts, mark-ups and special offers;
7) Specify the number of seats for each excursion;
8) Create point locations for tourist collection with an indication of location name, its picture and collection time;
9) Flexible configuration system of information output about the excursion (it's possible to adjust information output on any time, date, days of the week, a certain period);
10) Detailed information output on orders:
• Order's code: generates a unique code that can be used as a ticket's number.
• Date and time of payment;
• The number of people, date and time of excursion, amount.
• Additional information - client's name, phone number, what excursion language was chosen.
11) Displaying of 3 ordering statuses:
1. Reservation - this means that the excursion was booked, but not yet paid for.
2. Deposit - signifies that partial payment was done. The system will display the information about the deposit sum and who received it (partner, reseller, etc.)
3. All paid - a client paid the total sum required.
12) Details of payment method;
13) Receive funds with different payment options;
14) It is easy and simple to incorporate the "Excursion" application's program code into any site;
15) Create a network of partners with individual percentages of commissions received;
16) To transfer processed tickets to your partners for subsequent service.
